Share the project, set the permissions

A project that lives on one person's laptop is not a project — it is a file. Projektiassistent lets you invite the team by email, give each person exactly the rights their work needs, and keep different departments' or clients' data strictly apart.

01 / Sharing

Four permission levels, not two

"Can see" and "can see everything" is too coarse a split. Each person gets exactly the role their work requires — and it can be changed later.

02 / Organisation

Workspaces keep things apart

Every department, team or client gets its own separated environment. Data between workspaces is strictly separated — a consultant's client projects do not bleed into each other.

  • Fast switching

Move between workspaces in one click. Same account, different contexts.

  • Role-based permissions

Create roles with precise permission sets per module — risks, audit, AI, webhooks, export, workflows.

  • Invitations and revocation

Invitations go out by email and the recipient decides whether to join. Access can be revoked instantly at any point.

Discussion stays in context

Task comments, the AI chat and automatic notifications keep the team informed without half the project's background living in someone's inbox.

Frequently asked questions

Does the invitee need to create an account?

Yes, the invitation goes out by email and the recipient creates an account or signs in with an existing one. They decide whether to accept.

Can permissions be changed later?

Yes, at any time. If someone's role on the project changes, change their level; if they leave, remove access and it is gone immediately.

How do workspaces differ from sharing?

Sharing works project by project. A workspace is a separated environment with its own members, projects and permissions — meant for departments or clients. Workspaces are part of the Business plan.

Do files follow the same permissions?

Yes. File access follows the project's sharing permissions, so confidential documents do not become visible simply because someone is on the project.
