Your workflow, our data

A new tool that expects the whole team to move house mostly goes unused. Projektiassistent comes to where the work already happens: notifications into Slack and Teams, deadlines into the calendar, data into your own systems over the API and webhooks.

01 / What is available

Four ways to connect

Every feature is available through both the interface and the API. You do not have to choose between convenience and automation.

🧩

REST API

Manage projects, tasks and risks — full CRUD, documented endpoints and scoped tokens.

📡

Webhooks

16+ event types pushed in real time to other systems: project status, tasks, risks, decisions, milestones and AI summaries.

💬

Slack and Teams

Status changes, new risks and reached milestones appear automatically in the channel where the team already talks.

🗓️

Calendar

An iCal feed for Outlook, Google Calendar and Apple Calendar. Deadline changes sync automatically.

02 / Security

An integration must not be an open door

Every interface is separately constrained: an API token only has the rights you grant it, and a webhook receiver can verify that the message really came from us.

  • Scoped tokens

Each token gets only the rights it needs (projects, tasks, risks — read or write). Least privilege by default.

  • HMAC signatures

Every webhook is signed so the receiver can verify authenticity. Rate limiting protects against overload.

  • Retries and delivery log

Failed webhooks are retried automatically and can be resent by hand. Every delivery is logged: status, response code, timestamp.

What people actually do with it

Most integrations solve one thing: information should not live somewhere nobody signs in to every day.

Frequently asked questions

Is the API included in every plan?

The API and webhooks are part of the platform; the exact allowance depends on the plan. During the trial all Pro features can be tested for 14 days.

Does setting up Slack or Teams need a developer?

No. Both work through a webhook URL you get from your Slack or Teams channel and paste into the settings.

What if my system is down when a webhook fires?

The failed delivery is retried automatically and can also be resent manually. The delivery log shows what went wrong.

Is the calendar feed public?

No. Each user has a unique calendar token, so only whoever you give the link to can reach the feed.
