Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is ArborIT OÜ (registry code 11937796, Estonia). For data protection matters, write to [email protected].

2. What data we collect

  • Via the contact form: your name, email address, the chosen subject and the message content you enter yourself. We also technically store the submission time and IP address to prevent spam.
  • Automatically during your visit: anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser) via Google Analytics — only if you have given consent in the cookie banner.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Responding to your enquiry (contact form) — basis: consent and our legitimate interest in communicating with a potential customer (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).
  • Improving the website and statistics (analytics) — basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.

4. How long we retain data

  • Messages sent via the contact form: up to 24 months or until the conversation has ended, after which they are deleted.
  • Analytics data: for the Google Analytics retention period (up to 14 months), in aggregated form.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. It is processed only by authorised partners who help us deliver the service:

  • Google Ireland Ltd. — web statistics (Google Analytics).
  • Hosting provider (Veebimajutus.ee) and Cloudflare — server, content delivery and email services.
  • Competent authorities, where required by law.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Some service providers (e.g. Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases protection is ensured through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify or erase it, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and receive your data in a portable format. To exercise your rights, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
