What is Projektiassistent?
Projektiassistent is Estonian-built, AI-powered project management software. You describe the project in a couple of sentences and the AI writes a complete project plan: objectives, work breakdown, Gantt schedule, budget and risk register, usually in 2–4 minutes. In the same workspace you then manage tasks, costs and reporting, and you can draft a grant application from the plan.
How long does it take to create a project plan?
Usually 2–4 minutes. You fill in a three-step form — basic details, schedule and content, files — and the AI writes the plan, the first tasks and the risks from it. The plan text can be edited by hand afterwards or generated again.
Is Projektiassistent available in English?
Yes. The interface and the AI-written plan are available in Estonian, English and Russian, and the plan is written in the language you choose — including a grant application in English for EU programmes.
Does the AI also write the grant application?
Yes. The AI drafts a funding application from the same project plan — objectives, activities, budget, risks and impact in the programme's structure (EAS and EIS, KIK, PRIA, European Union programmes). The funding body decides on eligibility, so the application should be reviewed before submission. This feature is not included in the trial.
What does it cost?
The trial is free for 14 days and asks for no credit card: 3 active projects and 20 AI requests in total. Standard is €29 per month — up to 20 projects, 100 AI requests per month and 3 grant applications per month. Business is €99 per month — up to 100 projects, 500 AI requests per month, unlimited grant applications, portfolio, resource planning and integrations. VAT is added to the prices.
How is it different from Trello, Asana or Jira?
Trello and Asana are task boards; Jira is built for development teams. There you start from an empty board and add the cards yourself. Projektiassistent starts from the project plan: objectives, work breakdown, schedule, budget and risks are created together and stay connected — and the same plan produces a grant application.
Which projects and methodologies does it fit?
Eight project types: IT and software, construction, manufacturing, management and development, content, consulting, culture and agriculture. There are six methodologies — Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid, PRINCE2 and Simple project — and the choice determines the structure and terminology the AI uses for the plan.
Is the data secure?
Access runs through project sharing and permission levels (Viewer, Editor, Manager), project data is separated and traffic is encrypted. Under the GDPR you can export your data and delete the account together with its data. The Business plan adds role profiles and an audit log.
Is my project data used to train the AI?
Projektiassistent uses a third-party AI service to generate project plans. Projektiassistent itself does not store or use your project data for any other purpose; it is worth reading the AI provider's own terms as well. Highly sensitive trade secrets should not be entered into any AI service.
What happens to my projects if the subscription ends?
Projects remain in archive mode — you can view them and export them as PDF or DOCX. An active plan is needed to create new projects and use the AI features. You can permanently delete the account and all its data yourself at any time.
