Most gaps are structural, not substantive
An evaluator will not read your good idea out from between the lines. The most frequent problems are exactly the ones a system can catch before submission.

- 💶 The budget does not match the activities. If a cost line matches no activity, it surfaces before submission rather than after.
- ⚠️ Risk analysis is generic. Risks are derived from your plan — schedule, dependencies and budget — not from a generic list.

How do I write a grant application if I never have before?
