AI features

Each AI action uses one AI query from your plan's limit (trial period 20 in total, Standard 100 per month, Business 500 per month). You can see your usage on the Pricing page (AI queries). When the limit is reached, the message "AI query limit reached" is shown; the limit resets at the start of each month.

AI suggestions in forms All plans

The Improve goal with AI, Improve outputs with AI and AI suggestion buttons improve the text you have written. Write your draft first, press the button, read the suggestion and press Use this.

AI task generation All plans

See chapter 9 — the AI Generation button.

Attention signals All plans

An automatic block that highlights overdue tasks, high risks, blockers and other issues that need management attention. The block appears only when there is something to show.

Funding application Standard Business

3 applications per month in the Standard plan, unlimited in the Business plan.

1. Open the Funding application block.
2. Enter the program name in the Funding programme (e.g. EAS, Horizon Europe)... field.
3. Press Generate application. The AI prepares a structured application based on the project plan.
4. Edit the text if needed and press Save changes.
5. Track the status of the application: choose Change status (Draft, In review, Submitted, Approved, Rejected) and press Update.

The Previous applications section lists all versions with the program, status and date.

Project status summary All plans

1. Open the Project status summary block.
2. Press Generate summary. After a moment, a short summary of the project's current status appears, together with who created it and when — ready to send to leadership or the team.

AI assistant and simulations

The AI assistant and simulations block has four parts:

Critical path All plans

Shows the tasks that determine the project's final deadline: Critical tasks, Projected end and each task's Slack (time margin). Slack close to zero means that any delay pushes back the end of the whole project. The calculation requires at least one scheduled task in the project.

AI project manager assistant and AI recommendations Business

1. Press Generate AI summary — the AI combines project health, the critical path and simulations into a management view.
2. Press Generate recommendations — the AI points out missing activities, signs of overload and risk areas.

What-if simulation Business

1. Enter a Simulation name, e.g. "Supplier is 5 days late".
2. Choose the Affected task and enter the Delay in days.
3. Press Save simulation. You can see how the shift affects the project end; the result is saved in the simulation history.

Meeting notes → actions Business

1. Enter a Meeting title (e.g. "Weekly meeting") and paste the text of your notes into the Meeting notes field.
2. If you want the extracted items to be added to the project right away, select Create extracted actions, decisions, and risks directly in the project.
3. Press Process notes. The AI finds actions (tasks), decisions and risks; review the result.
