Decisions, dependencies, recurring workflow and audit

The Governance and recurring workflow block brings together the project's governance information.

Decision log All plans

  1. In the Decisions section, enter the Decision title and Date.
  2. Choose the status (Open, Approved, Rejected, Superseded) and the Impact area.
  3. Set the Effective / due date and Decision maker, and write a Summary — why the decision was made.
  4. Press Add.

Cross-project dependencies All plans

  1. In the Dependencies section, choose the Dependent project.
  2. Choose the Dependency type (e.g. blocking, information or resource dependency) and the status.
  3. Press Add. Below, you can also see Projects depending on this project.

Recurring workflow All plans

Suitable for periodic work (monthly, quarterly or annual cycles).

  1. Set Recurring workflow enabled = Yes.
  2. Set the Next cycle (date), Frequency and Interval.
  3. Choose the Creation mode: Clone project (copies tasks and more) or Use template.
  4. Save. To start the next cycle, press Create new cycle in the Create next cycle section — a new project is created with its dates shifted to the next period.

Audit and version changes Business

The Audit and compliance section shows the project's most recent major changes, with who made them and when. Open full audit view takes you to the organization's audit page. In the Version history section you can see which fields each version changed; press Restore to go back to an earlier version.
